CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time marked out specifically for you and your services! I understand unplanned situations come up last minute but I require a 24+ hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to give a 24hour cancellation notice, the card on file will be charged. No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged 50% of the service. I allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled/reschedule and charged the cancellation fee. Please be on on time or give a 24hour cancellation notice to avoid any charges!
